Purchased a House -> help me make it a Home!

Well I bought the house 5 years ago during covid, so got a pretty sweet deal here in bangalore for a 3bhk. It's very well located, near HSR and Koramangala and all the major tech parks. It has decent furnishing and overtime I've collected everything required for general living, sofa, dinning table, tv, fridge etc etc. But thing is it's all just random assorted items, they don't really go well together and some of the stuff had been second hand, since I was just renting out the place.

But I have this serious need to just strip it down completely to barebone re-do all of it from scratch. like moving the utencil washing area to the utility area. Instead of plan tiled floor I would like marble flooring and to improve decour a bit of false ceiling and good lighting. I even plan to setup an nice corner library with good chair and table and make all the large windows slightly pushed out to make space for sitting their itself.

I don't wanna do this alone so looking for a partner who can help me with this, since i'm taking care of the EMI, I expect her to do this at least.

I'm 5'8, looks good and fit guy. I'm from UP. Been in bangalore for 10 years.

My preference would be someone 5'4, fair, pear shaped, under 60kg, 28-32 yr old.
